Founding 60 Cloud pass

One payment purchases 12 calendar months of OpenBrain Cloud, beginning when successful payment is verified by our server. The pass has no automatic renewal and does not create a recurring subscription. Continuing after expiry requires a separate, explicit purchase. There is no lifetime Cloud access.

You can purchase before signing in. After payment, keep your confirmation tab open and sign in or create your OpenBrain account with the same email used in Stripe Checkout to activate the purchase. The 12-month term starts at verified payment, before account activation. Your verified purchase is preserved if activation is interrupted; contact support with your Checkout email and purchase or receipt reference if you lose the confirmation tab. Do not send payment credentials.

The campaign contains six batches of ten completed purchases: $29, $39, $49, $59, $69 and $79. The next batch becomes available only after ten confirmed purchases in the previous batch. Starting Checkout temporarily reserves an available place. A reservation ends only when Stripe confirms that Checkout can no longer complete. Refunds do not move the completed founding sequence backward.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Displayed founding prices include any tax charged by OpenBrain; Stripe Checkout shows the final total before you pay. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. No tax-exempt status is represented.

Stripe hosts Checkout and processes your payment. A browser return alone does not confirm payment. Your Billing section shows the verified payment, original price, access dates and receipt when available. A payment failure does not grant paid access. Refunds and disputed payments can suspend or revoke the associated access.

Included features and limits

Founders receive the same core Cloud workspace features as standard customers: notes, sources, collections, projects, tasks, web access and authorized MCP / REST access. The current Cloud allowance is 1,000 AI operations per calendar month and 1 GiB of original uploaded files. Provider limits and service safeguards also apply. Your connected agent uses its own provider account and may incur separate charges. Unlimited AI usage, storage and hosting are not included.

OpenBrain is a beta product with ongoing improvements. AI output can be inaccurate; inspect the original evidence before relying on it. Public Community distribution, standard subscriptions and App Store distribution are planned features. The native iPhone build remains private.

Access, expiration and your knowledge

Keep your account credentials secure and use the service lawfully. At the end of the purchased term, paid access and cost-incurring operations can stop. Expiration alone does not delete your saved knowledge. Contact support if you need help accessing or exporting your records. A cosmetic Founder or Founding Pioneer badge does not extend the term.

Refunds and consumer rights

Our refund and withdrawal policy provides a 14-day full-refund request window. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies for non-conforming services and any statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. These terms do not impose a waiver of those rights or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Future plans

Standard subscriptions are planned at $9 monthly or $90 annually. A founding pass never converts to one automatically. A free self-hosted Community edition is planned; public release and licensing details will be announced separately.
